Our Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selections, or change of mind.
When We Do Accept Returns
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at cl3anfl0wshop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
If your claim is approved, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the original item.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we are unable to cancel.
